You will receive an Introductory Package that includes a Product Catalog, Credit Application, and Sales Tax Certificate Form. Please complete these forms and fax or mail them back to us. If you are in a hurry, you may ask that we fax or email these items to you. We can accept COD or prepaid orders immediately once we have a copy of your resale tax certificate.
